DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within the specified regions (currently, we deliver within the Sunshine Coast). Delivery charges and times may vary based on your location.

 

Pickup: You may also choose to pick up your order at a designated location by appointment. We will coordinate the details with you directly.

 

Delivery Times: While we aim to meet all delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or third-party delivery services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spice Cream experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to make it right.

Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on what’s appropriate. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
